would seats from a 2003 Lincoln Towncar fit in my 1998 model?

I have a 1998 Lincoln Towncar, and found all seats from a 2003 model, just want to know if I could bolt them right in a 1998 Towncar? I know they look different, but since the bodies are all the same , thought they would fit, just not sure about same bolt holes etc. pls let me know.
