...good father who takes good care of her? Would this child complain in she has to live in Germany and has a very good father who takes good care of her. He tells her that that was the only way her mother can take her away from her father. International Divorce Lawyer will confirm her father is telling the truth.
She was born in America to an American mother and German father, has passport of both countries and has lives her first seven years in America.
When she was seven years old her mother divorced her father and her father took her to Germany. Her father told her, that if she had stayed in America, her mother will try to take her away from her father and (can only see her father 4 days a month if she is lucky) and her mother only wants child support from the father. Her mother might even interfere with that, because the court in Virginia does not care.
In Germany a court gave her father full custody one year later. She was told because; her mother got a court order in Virginia full custody (because her father took her to Germany), the German authorities are afraid that her mother will try and take her away from her father, German police and the American FBI will arrest her mother if she tries to come near he for her own protection. If her mother had not done that, than she could visit her any time she wanted to or get 50/50 custody of her in Germany. For her own safety she can’t enter US soil before her 18 birth day and can’t see her mother until she is 18. When she is 18 her mother can take her away form her father in under Virginia law.
