Would this eventually wreck our relationship once we move in together cooking

family dinners every night? ? My girlfriend is either a vegetarian or close. She doesn't eat actual meat. Only fish (along with fruits, veggies, etc. of course). Me however, I'm a huge meat eater who doesn't like fish or veggies. Her and I are moving in together soon. I'm just worried that since we eat so opposite, it may cause problems when it's time to have "dinner together." Or even arguments. I'm worried. I don't want our relationship going downhill. We've been together so long!

Here is a simple fact....most people marry someone very similar to themselves in outlook, background and education.

Why is this, we date all sorts of people, but we marry only the person like ourselves?

It is simply because that is the person that we get on with.

So this is not good news for you and your girlfriend. If you can't go veggie and eat lots of fish or she can't add some meat to her diet, you will not be able to get along.

Remember a relationship is a compromise.
