Would you get in trouble if you sent your laptop/netbook for repair with

downloaded fansubbed anime in your HD? Just curious. I have about 150GBs of fan subbed anime in my hard drive. If my netbook were to break down and I send it to the manufacture (HP) to get it fixed would I get into trouble?

I know that you can probably get into trouble with downloaded movies. But I don't know if that applies to Anime's.
 
Why would they care if you had anime on your laptop? Technically it is illegal, but they have no proof that you attained it illegally in the first place, nor would they even care in the slightest. Its not like you're sending it to the company that made the anime or anything..

On a side note it'd probably be wise to get an External HD if you have lots of anime. My HD crashed and I recently had to re-download ~300 GB. =\
