I have an old friend from middle school, he was my best friend during that time. It's been 7 years already since we last met. I am able to meet him through other friends but I keep holding back. My middle school bud would get better grades than me, play sports better than me, and much more.
But now I hear he failed and dropped out of high school, smokes, drinks, and stays home. As for me I'm in my second year of college with high grades, learned many new things, and made new friends. I dunno if I should see him again.
I forgot to mention that he is possibly in a gang...
