“Young master, I have succeeded.” Samantha said, on one knee, her head bowed. She waited for him to answer, but it was a few minutes before he did anything. He turned his head slightly to the side, but still didn’t talk. He nodded at her to go on. “I located one person for each continent, but there was some… misfortune along the way.” She flashed back in her mind to the accident she had caused. She sincerely hoped that the truck hadn’t hit to hard. “Aside from that, all went well. However, it seems one of the girls has a… protector. He wishes to speak with you. Shall I let him in?”
He nodded. “Hai.” She hadn’t expected him to say anything; he had never spoken to her before. It took her off guard, but nevertheless she rose and walked to the doors to allow the boy in.
“Come in.” She said. He walked, or maybe glided was a better term, into the high ceilinged, dark room. With his large white wings spread out, his white hair, and his silver eyes, he couldn’t have been human. Then what was he? One thing was certain; he was braver than she was. He didn’t stop until he was only feet from the Young master.
“What have you done to Klaryssa?” He said, his voice full of a contained anger. Still, the Master was silent. “Did you hear me?” he repeated, “I asked what you’ve done to Klaryssa!” Still, the master did not speak, but merely continued to watch the boy from the side of his vision. The young boy seemed to be becoming furious quickly. “You look at me now! Tell me what you’ve done to my Klaryssa, before I make you!” He was shouting now.
"Ochitsuke yo, kanojo o kizutsuketa wakeja nain dakara." Finally, the Master spoke to him, in a calm, level voice.
“What do you mean?” The boy still seemed infuriated, but the master’s words seemed to have calmed him.
"Tada, tedasuke ga hoshii dake, kanojo zettai yaku ni tatsu to omotterunnda."
“With what?”
The master sighed gently. "Sonnani shimpainara, oretachi ni kuwawaru?"
“Not unless you tell me what you’re up to!”
“Iie.”
“I won’t do it then.”
"jaa nandemo kimino omou toorini douzo, korekara Klaryssa ga uchi ni kurukara."
“What makes you so sure?”
"Datte, kanojo sonna ni sentaku no yochi nai hazudayo." Whatever the master had said, it had a mixed affect on the boy. When he spoke, his voice was reluctant.
“Fine. But, I will get Klaryssa.”
“Hai.” As he spoke that last word, the master turned back around, now facing the opposite direction. Samantha knew from experience that that was to be taken as a dismissal. She stood, and the boy followed. She felt a pang of pity for him as he walked past her on his way out the door. His cheeks were shimmering with tears, and as he walked by he squeezed his eyes tight, fighting more tears from falling. As he left, she heard a small, satisfied chuckle from the master.
so my main concern was the Japanese, but I have that all sorted out, so what do you think of it? would you read the book?
