Im 14. I weigh 54 kilos. Im obsessed with calories and excersicing. I fear that If i eat I'll put on alot of weight. This is a result of peer pressure. Thanks teenagers! I try eat less then 300 calories a day. I run an hour a day ( or try to ). I have to see an Eating Disorder Physcologist but I want to know if you think I will be diagnosed with EDNOS ( Im not skinny enough for anorexia ) or just as having some eating problems. Im 163cm. I weigh myself every morning, that then determains how I feel for the rest of the day. Then at night aswell. What do you think?!
