WoW + Pumping Iron?

I'm currently playing WoW (a computer game) and while drinking / eating (basically an in game break) I'm just doing about 10 bicep curls and then continuing playing.
I know that it's best to either be working out in one long session, but what sort of an effect will this have in comparison to a concentrated workout?
 
Lol bicep curls in the middle of WoW breaks is not "pumping iron". It won't have much effect at all.
 
None really. Unless you feel pain in your arms. I rec to do more reps. Do it until you can't anymore than get back to WoW.
