We just purchased a used vehicle about a month ago and it is making a screeching noise when we turn the wheel left or right. We took it into the dealership because it is still under warranty. It is a 2006 Touareg. The previous owner had the services done on them when they were supposed to at VW dealerships. However, the guy in the services department said that they used the wrong power steering fluid when they did the services on them. Now, we need to replace something and it's going to be pretty costly that apparently isn't covered under warranty? I cannot remember exactly what he said the piece was that needed to be replaced so can someone help with that. And, if it was being serviced at VW dealerships, on time, shouldn't it be covered under warranty cause it was their f-up? Just some answers, please. No stupid answers or rude, please.
