WWE purposely spreads rumors about HHH retiring evn though he's not?

Do you think maybe its possible that even though Triple H might not retire WWE is still talking about it and sending rumors around so that people will still stay very focused on the match? Maybe that's why they haven't come out with their decision to have is career on the line or not?

I personally really don't think his career will be on the line, and its getting close.

Is this a possibility?
