www.firstnationalautogroup.com (first national auto group) is a company i signed up with- to lower my car payments. I wasn't in the repossession process, but I was having trouble paying my Santander loan at 25% interest rate every month. I felt like I was hanging by a thread. When I signed up with this place, within 3 weeks, my payment was lowered down to 7.5% and I got 30 days grace period of not paying my vehicle. Now, my question is I really like their service. And it was 6 months ago this happened. Do you think they would charge me if I asked them to get me another grace period of 30 days on my car payment? I know they already did what they promised me, but right now I am falling kind of behind on my bills, and I feel like the car payment has a god chance of not getting paid this month. Do you think First National Auto Group would charge me just to get another deferment through them? I called Santander and asked, but they said I can't get one. However, that was the same exact thing Santander said 6 months ago when I got the 30 day grace period with first national auto group after they lowered my interest down. Does anyone know if they will do this? I feel embarrassed to even call and ask.
