My brother brought over his Xbox 360 so I could use my internet connection to get the latest updates. It got them all fine and we tried watching a disc of XviD movies. It said it required a media update, so we logged on to Xbox Live and got the update. Now it starts playing the video for about 10 seconds then stops and says: Cannot play this content because it may not be supported. Please go to Xbox.com/support Status Code: 69-80070017 Xbox.com seems to be redesigned and I can't find anywhere to put in the code. Putting it in the regular search box brings up nothing. Doing a search lots of people are having this problem but don't have a solution. I've always been able to stream videos from my computer fine, but have never tried playing from a disc. Unfortunately this isn't an option for my brother. Is there a fix for this?
