Xtreme Martial Arts- Kip-Up Help?

Well, i've noticed I have difficulty with the launch in a shotgun style kip-up. Basically I have watched many tutorials, but I still have difficulties launching. My problem is that my whole body does not launch, my lower back just slightly hops. My hands do not seem to help, even in the proper placement... I AM capable of a Bridge, so my Hands should be strong enough.
Body Condition: 14 Years old, around 5'5'' and somewhat short legs. been in the American Tae-Kwon-Do association for 7 years, and I have achieved 3rd degree Black Belt. If these body conditions affect the kip-up please inform me. And lastly, any ideas for a few moves as a follow up to the kip-up in a xma form?
