XviD movie with no audio?

I torrented "Soul Surfer" off of www.thepiratebay.se, and it seems to be working fine for everyone else, but on my computer, every time I try to play the movie, there's no audio! It's an AVI file extension. I've downloaded DivX Plus player and VLC Media player, plus AC3. Still, nothing seems to work. Do I have to download certain codecs? What do I do to fix this problem?

Oh wow. Actually, I just figured out something new. I tried playing different movies on all 3 media players, and the audio's not working on ANY of them! My iTunes doesn't even have sound! If I go to YouTube, however, the sound works on videos there.

That happens to me too, i download it put it on DVD, the theres no sound in my DVD player, then, also when i try to play the downloaded movie on my laptop, it has no sound. I use Windows Media Player, i have downloaded like 10 different media players in the past and none of them worked. I just downloaded a different torrent. Hope i helped ;0
