So iv had my Aerox for a while now and it is a great little bike, faster than most of my friends bikes and i have recently had a new pipe fitted but its playing up a bit in the cold.
So far i have fitted the bike with a polini hi-speed variator mixed rollers 4g & 6.9g
Silver clutch springs
Blue polini evo slider torque spring
Stage six pro pipe (not the pro replica)
And i have fitted the carb with a 75 main jet
At running temperatures this bike runs really well no problems accept from i think that the carb is running a bit rich but I am planning on buying a tnt adjustable air filter to sort that out.
But in the cold when I first start the bike it will run fine for about 5-10 seconds then it will just die down and start spluttering and making a real horrible sound, i will then have to wait for a few minutes depending on how cold it is before the bike will run properly. If it is too cold outside the bike may even start cutting out and it just wont warm up and run properly.
I have never been too certain on what the problem is, it seems like the choke just simply doesn't stay on for long enough or maybe the fact the bike is running rich or maybe becuase i have got the stage six pro pipe on it which is really designed for 70cc sports cylinders, i just don't know.
A few of my mates also get this problem slightly with there aerox's and speedfights but none get it as bad as me.
It just sounds like I am revving the nuts off of the bike but the clutch is hardly engaging. Hellpp me please. I am dredding the day i have to sell the bike and i have to try and explain whats going to happen when they start the bike up the following morning :-S
