My car was totaled last night. The person at fault hit me and both airbags came out, he does not have insurance.
I sustained injuries so I had to go to the ER and I am now on pain meds and muscle relaxers.
What happens about my car, medical bills, lost wages, and pain and suffering?
I do have insurance and I have FULL coverage, but it wasn't my fault.
What happens to the other guy?
Am i screwed. and what about my car? The insurance claims person told me that a rental car is not covered by my insurance. How is that possible when I have full coverage.
I would like to know what to expect to happen
