Young gerbil squeaks when pick her up?

Had them 2wks so not very old. When playing with and try to pick her up to put her back in cage, she aqueaks softly - i hold her very gently around the body and never touch the tail. I can lift the other gerbil with no squeaking. Did think maybe an injury , but she never does this when playing with the other gerbil, (except when they are grooming and they both squeak!). She is lively and eats and drinks well. Could it just be her way of saying "get off im having fun here" do you think?
 
You could be applying pressure when your picking it up like pressure to the stomach or ribs that may hurt it. But it's more then likely just not used to being picked up.
