Every once in a great while I like to make fried chicken at home. What's your technique/recipe for fried chicken?
Wow! Thanks everyone for the great ideas, I'm certainly going to combine a few of them for my Sunday fried chicken feast. The brine was a brilliant idea, I do that for my T-Day turkey. The dried tomato soup sounds interesting as does the use of fine flour, I might try that on a few pieces to see how it turns out. I will definitely include the hotsauce and buttermilk, my mouth is watering thinking about it. I'll serve three different kinds and then take a vote! Again, all very great answers!
