Yugioh: Is it worth it to make a machina gadget deck?

Im considering making a Machina Gadget deck. Can somebody give me a deck list?

3 fortress, 3 gearframe, 2 of each gadget, 3 D-prison. All you need to know. ad $30 for a top tier deck? You figure out if it's worth it.
