Does the ip address change your internet speed.?

My original ip was 192.168.1.100. Now it somehow changed to 192.168.1.101.
Will this new ip address change my internet speed?

I don't think the Ip address and internet speed are inter related.I have a dynamic Ip which often changes.I use Ip-details.com to check for the change.But my internet speed has not changed depending on the IP.The internet speed depends on the number of connections through the router, the data plan from ISP and other such factors.
