does telus cellular work in hawaii?

We are heading to hawaii in August. I was wondering if my Telus cellular phone would work there?
 
Most parts of the Islands have Verizon coverage. TELUS clients who travel to the US will be roaming on Verizon's network. Fees are steep so you may want to contact TELUS before you go and ask the particulars so that you don't get a shock when you get your next bill.

If you want to use your telus mobile in hawaii you need to unlock it.To unlock it you can get the unlock code from Superunlockcodes.com and follow their free unlock instructions to remove the network lock easily.
