my phone won't update. It keeps telling me my inbox is full when that is not the case. it's just messing up. What should i do? any suggestions?

You need to simply take it in to the "Sprint Store" and tell them you need a replacement (before your years up!), they will order you another. Even though I got my replacement, it stopped doing that "not enough memory", and "xx message slots left" warning, and I searched lots on the phone's internet browser I downloaded (opera.com/mini) and it worked without error, so far at least. What I did notice is that it won't update the software like I thought it would. It goes further than it did with the old exclaim, but this time, when it acts like it's nearly finished, it says the same old - 'update failed contact sprint' baloney. But, and I'm praying here to the good Lord, it keeps working, because it's working great, and I have over 120 text messages and lots of internet cache from searching, and nothing bad has happened. It's apparently a bad batch of phones that many of us got mid/late '09. Hope that helped you! I searched out your problem to try and help someone else. Please do the same if you can when you get your new phone, or help someone in another way!
