Can i use an AT&T SIM card for a T-Mobile phone?

no the phone wont read it correctly a sim card from at&t only works on at&t phones (ive tryed)

You need to Unlock the HTC wing from network lock .To use the AT&T Network sim card in the phone.You can get the unlock code from the site Simpleunlocking.com/htc-wings/rs16wp9/
and get the Free Unlocking instructions at here Mobileunlockguide.com and unlock it step by step.Then use AT&T Sim card.
