Is there any way i could improve my internet dial up connection speed?

in know dial up is weak and slow but that's all my parents are willing to pay for a while back my dial up connection was a 28.0kbps now ever since my computer had its troubles i fixed it, and now my dial up speed is down to 24.0kbps is some way i could get it back to 28.0 or a bit better?

What you can do is to use some kind of download accelerator which use different connection to download things faster.
But if your provider gives you a maximum of 28.0 kbps, there's not much you can do to improve it!!

To increase internet speed
* Check to see if faster internet connections are in your area:
Fiber optic and cable internet tend to be faster than DSL and dial-Up.
*Do some basic maintenance on your PC:
a scan disk, a virus scan, a malware scan, and clear your recycle bin.Delete old files and temporary files.
* Reset Your Internet Connection
Plug OUT and IN the cable.
* Optimize your cache or temporary Internet files.
These files improve your Internet connection performance by not downloading the same file over and over.

After you have tried some of this,try your connection again using Scanmyspeed.com and see if it's running any faster. If you are not satisfied Call your Internet service provider (ISP) and check whether upgradation of your plan is necessary.
