Sim Card work from motorola v195s to motorola razr?

I'm planning on buying a new phone. Probably from ebay to avoid buying a new plan. Can I just buy a new phone, probably the motorola Razr and put the sim card that was from my motorola v195s inside the Motorola razr?

If you order and get an unlocked Motorola Razr,you can use any network GSM sim card in Motorola Razr.You can use GSM network sim card from Motorola V195s in Motorola Razr.If it is a locked phone,you cannot use other network sim card.You need to unlock it.To unlock it use subsidy code.Visit the site Mobile-Unlocker.com and get subsidy code unlock it easily.Then use with any GSM network sim card in it.You cannot unlock a CDMA network locked Motorola Razr phone and after unlock it you cannot use CDMA network sim card.You can use only GSM network sim card.Locked phones are very low cost than an unlocked one.So get a locked phone and unlock it use the unlock code from the site/
