Shaq rookie

I am deciding whether to purchase either one of these cars.. second hand. They both claim to be in great condition, both automatic, four door etc. Which *IN GENERAL* is a better car? Less likely to break down/have problems. Which is cheaper to maintain/fix up? Which is cheaper on petrol etc...

Im working on a 1990 imperial and its having trouble starting and when it does start it doesn't rev up well at all. I replaced the fuel pump already in it and at the engine I'm getting 18 PSI at the fuel rail. Is it a fuel issue or should that be enough??

I tried unscrewing the screw behind the wheel which loosens up the horn button area, but the top of it still seems to be intact. I don't want to force things so I didn't take the chance of yanking it off... I believe I need to get under there but I just want to make sure first... Is this normal...
