    We're paying $500 for new delivery, but they won't even take them off the truck,...

    ...is that normal? We're remodeling and ordered a dozen new windows with we will install ourselves. The window company is charging us $500 for delivery, but that only includes pulling the truck up to our house. I feel like they should at least take them off the truck, if not also carry them...
