Trying to pick between phones. which is better?

i have the first motorola droid already, and i like all it can do but it gets laggy and i dont get phone calles sometimes, and im getting a new phone, should i get the blackberry bold 9650 or the new motorola droid X

I just ordered a replacement phone and I was just wondering if the tour screen is the same size as the bold 9650 screen because I can't seem to find any bb9650 screens.
