is it possible to still somehow get my warranty turned in. i was supposed to mail the warranty in about 4 days ago can i still turn it in?

My phone's alarm seems to go off when it wants to. If I set it for 5:45 it will go off at 5:50. The delay can be a minute to fives longs so I need to set my alarm to go off earlier than is necessary. What can I do to fix this?
