how good is the alltel samsung delve? i've heard it's a lot like the verizon dare. Please list anything you like or don't like about it.

I'm trying to decide which phone to buy and I was wondering which phone has wifi built in? I want to use the phone without paying for a data plan. They are both Allel phones. And If they do not have wifi built in do I have to buy a wifi card for wifi to work?
