I went to purchase a cam sensor and they sold me a part that doesn't look like the original cam sensor. They have the same part listed as the crank sensor in their system. So I am trying to find the actual part without going to the dealer, can someone please explain this to me. Thank you.

it has about 65,000 miles. I really like nissan so I went for it. I did do research but maybe not enough I got the car check and inspected and they said nothings wrong with it. I'm just wondering if I need to be worried about the CVT transmission? or anything else?
