The car has 113,000 miles on it. It is stick shift. It makes the sound when in neutral and while in gear. When I depress the accelerator harder or release the accelerator/increase or decrease revs it goes away. Thanks for the help!

When the power is turned on - there is a constant clicking sound - it almost sounds like relays trying to reset and are deeper in tone. Sounds funny but it really comes close to the sound a printer makes when it is first turned on. Car runs fine. Maybe the stereo going nuts?
