    In the greek myths , Why did Aphrodite ( goddess of love ) want to marry Ares ?

    Aphrodite was the goddess of love ; She was married to Hephaestus , But in the story they said she rathered be married to Ares , Hephaestus brother. Does anyone know why ?

    Soooo....they had a baby together right? Ares being the god of war and Aphrodite being the goddess of love and beauty....The Jock and The Cheerleader. So that means opposite attracts right?
