I remember going to a place in AZ a few years ago to hike. It was around Nogales and I think started with a "P" and I'm pretty sure had canyon in the title. I know it was like a mountain place and there's a steam that runs down it. Anyone know?

Im traveling from San Diego to TX and i know theres this whole big deal with arizona and this new law that might be passed in july. I know theres 3 checkpoints instead of one. But my question is what are they looking for.Like what are the requirements?
