A 32 bit disk and A 64 bit disk. I also made so there is No "Insert CD"...

I have an extensive library of blocks that I created. When I insert them on some drawings several of them will come into the drawing about 50x the size of what the true scale of the object should be. What setting do I need to change to make sure all of my blocks are inserted at a 1:1 scale...
I'm building a computer right now, one of the programs I will be running on it would be a copy of AutoCAD 2007, I'm wondering is it 64 bit compatible?
