at this point you have to reinstall the OS. btw, never EVER rename file extentions. when told to do the it is usually a virus. dont do it unless you know what your doing or trust the person telling you to do so.

After I renamed the file type from xvid to avi, I then tried to use windows media player, I then downloaded the usage rights, then blue screen. Now not even startup repair can fix it, can someone help me and tell me what I can do to fix it?
