I have a recipe for a frittata that calls for a 12x8x2" glass baking dish and I have not been able to locate such a size. I have search many web sites that list this size until you go there and then guess what , no such animal...very frustrating......
I am planning to bake a cake that calls for natural peanut butter. Will it mess the cake up if I use store brand regular peanut butter, which is a lot cheaper. I can't think of why it matters whether I use natural peanut butter or regular.

until golden brown shouid I put lid on? It is for millet date and pumpkin porridge. It has quite a lot of liquid and I'm concerned the liquid may not evaporate if there is a lid on the baking dish. The recipe says nothing at all about a baking dish lid.
