Two questions
1. If a player goes for a lay up and the opponent blocks it above the cylinder and it's called goal tending, is the shooter awarded 2 points?
2. If a player shoots a jump shot and It's tipped and only goes about halfway to the hoop from the tip, Is this considered a block?
