I was trying to use my solo beats by dre with my motorola droid when getting a phone call. I can hear the person but they cant hear me. Does the mic just not work for Droid and just for the iphone??

I have the flu right now, and I've noticed that in the past two days that I've had it, my heart is frequently skipping beats. About every minute or so, my heart will pause and then beat once really really hard and then go back to normal. Is this supposed to happen when you have the flu?
