Well, Before Windows Loads On My Computer, Each Time, The "Bios Splas Screen" Stays On For 33 SEC. And Then Boots Normally.
Is It Unusual For It To Stay This Long??

I need to change it so that it boots from the CD drive before the Hard Drive. I cant use BIOS because the keyboard wont work and neither will updating the BIOS. Is there another way to change the boot order? thanks

2) Called tech support.
3) They told you how to flash your BIOS
4 You flashed your BIOS
5) Your problem went away.
Then I suspect that you were dealing with a "known issue" regarding your particular motherboard manufacturer.
So you would have to ask THEM why.
