    should i take MMA as a course by itself or should i take muay thai and bjj

    seperately.? i am looking for confidence,self defence, fun and hopefully compeitition. however i see most ufc proffesionals are masters of a few specific art such as muay thai or bjj(etc) instead of taking the course of mma. so which one would you recommend me

    Karate + BJJ + Ninjutsu?

    Iam a Karate and BJJ practitioner. I have been doing it for over a year know. I just found out there is a ninjitsu bujikan dojo where I live. I will go an check it out. If the place turns out good and has good instructors do you think I can add Ninjutsu into my fighting arsenal?
