Basically, my 1989 Mustang GT is burning oil. Pretty sure the engine is blown. What exactly do I need to get it running again, a new long block? It's running a basic stock 302 with bolt ons.

I have a blown plenum gasket, and I'm losing oil pretty quick. Everything else runs well. I know its bad for the environment and all, but as long as I keep the oil up, can I drove it for a few weeks until I can get it replaced?

i have an 03 explorer and it will shake at 65 mph and up.bad enough that i wont drive past 65 because of it. i no for sure it has a blown shock in the rear but would that cause this?personally i don't think so......its not a roter either. thanks
