coolant level is ok- fans come on when needle hits the red mark. when i try to open the cap, there is back pressure but the coolant is cool.

I noticed you keep saying WATER. Water boils at 212 degrees, your engine will get that hot in traffic, if you are running water only, drain the cooling system and fill with a mix of antifreeze/water 50% antifreeze is desired.

im lactose intolerant, and ive herd if you boil milk it takes out the lactose. is that true?
