I have a 302 ford/mercruiser with a penta 280 I want to put a Chevy 350/383 will it bolt up without changing bell housing?

the diff bolt in the front is not comming out, i want to check the gear fluid but the bolt is stuck in, is there any tips i could use? i might try torching it but havent yet, and i dont want to spend 100$ on a new cover. thanks
