boot

My boot has jammed or something and I cant open it from the outside so im trying to get it open from the inside

i have downloaded windows7 iso from piratebay.org and i copied the image to a dvd.. now how do i install ? plz help and plz tel me step by step coz i am very bad at computers plz.. and in easy words plz guys help me soon plz.. thanks

turned it off during format? and lost everything can't even boot to cd unless i take out hdd and put it on other computer done that no distro linux worked what am i missing? did i lose the hard drive when i did that? thanks

Alright so I got a windows 7 iso from Microsoft, and I burned it to a DVD, and now I need help booting it. I am using a slim-type drive, if that's any help. I tried configuring the BIOS to load from the DVD but it just does what it does regularly. I am doing this because I somehow deleted a .dll...

a new dell laptop loaded with window 7 . But want to switch to windows xp. I let bios boot cd/dvd only and the cd /dvd rom sounds like it's running at the beginning then says nothing is in it.

I need to change it so that it boots from the CD drive before the Hard Drive. I cant use BIOS because the keyboard wont work and neither will updating the BIOS. Is there another way to change the boot order? thanks
