What permits do I need to bowhunt in Illinois? I plan on buying a compound bow tomorrow to hunt turkey and fish with on my property . What requirements/permits/ect do I need?

I curently have a 2006 split limb Alpine set at 60lbs i shoot right now. I would like to move up to a 70lb bow and have a chance to pick this one up for cheap.

I've got a bow that's got a draw weight just a little bit too much for me. I'm looking to gain enough muscle to come to a full draw. Any suggestions?
