My bionic at times will up on the internet browser. I can scroll, but when I hit a link nothing happens. Even refresh the page nothing. To get my browser to work again I need to restart the phone for it to work again. I do have 4g

Starting a few months ago my streaming quality has been going downhill. First it was after 40 minutes or so it would start to get choppy, and now I can barely watch 5 minutes of anything before it gets choppy or stops working completely and I have to close my browser. It's the same on Firefox...
