I'm clueless

all 4 of my light bulb are burned out...how do i replace them...my manuel has how to diagram but someone ripped that exact page i need...does anyone knows a website that provides diagram or can explain how to replace theml....thank you

on headlamp is out, but the brights still work. tried to do it myself, but when i tried to get the bulb out from the car, it bulb holder wouldn't budge to come out, only the electrical plug to it. im thinking to take it to a place such as jiffy lube. how much would this cost? it seems like...

I have an audi A6 2001. the Xenon bulb and the high beam bulb plus the yellow one works on the left hand side. On the right hand side all but the Xenon bulb Works. I replaced the bulb, and changed the fuse for the right hand side. Any suggestions to why it doesn't work. Oh and fog lights work...
