but can't pay the $2000? I am really in love with bulldog puppies but the prices are too much for me to afford, i was thinking about adopting one so i could pay less but do not know where to go. Please any one out there ever adopted? where?

2) Can "I" do it? I have no experience. I have built desktop PCs so I'm not completely "build averse" but I know ZERO about cars.
