calendar

Whenever I try to view my google calendar from my android 2 global, it opens, but it keeps refreshing itself automatically and I can't do anything with it at all.

I am having problems trying to sync my Microsoft works calendar with my 32gb iPhone 4. Is there anyway I can get the calendar entries from my laptop onto my iPhone? I have tried syncing via iTunes but the calendar option is grayed out.
